Nantong Docharm Amphenol Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "ADOC") is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested by Amphenol Corporation in China, which belongs to Amphenol Group AAPG Division. Amphenol Group was founded in 1932 and entered into China in 1984. It is a listed company in the United States with the stock code APH. In 2021, its business revenue was 10.87 billion dollars and it has invested in more than 60 companies in China.

In June 2015, Docharm was formally acquired by Amphenol Group of the United States, acquiring 90% of the shares and changing its name to Nantong Docharm Amphenol Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd.

In October 2021, Amphenol Group wholly acquired 100% shares of ADOC. New opportunities, new platforms and new developments will lead ADOC to a more professional and brilliant future.

ADOC is located at No. 599, Hehai West Road, Haimen High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Nantong, Jiangsu, specializing in vehicle intelligent (Ambient lights, RGB modules, sensors, Rear door switches);  Vehicle wiring harness (lamp harness, sunroof harness, door handle harness);  Injection molding customization (automotive bulb socket, connector customization, optical parts) and other three series of products, and to these three series of products as the cornerstone, ploughing in the field of automotive parts segmentation.

ADOC has a production base of 36,000 square meters and two R&D centers in Shanghai and Nantong.  ADOC is the earliest supplier of headlight harness in China.  With 20 years of experience in headlight harness development, ADOC has accumulated first-class headlight customers such as Valeo, Hasco, Marelli, Hella and ZKW.
